  • 2 - HR Group 🏀&⚡️Training Sessions for MS or HS Athletes

  • 1.5 - HR Group 🏀&⚡️Training Sessions for Beginners Athletes

  • 30 Min. 🏀 Shooting Machine Sessions (6 session per month minimum)

  • 20 Min. ❤️‍🩹 Recovery Sessions (Normatec Boots, Cupping, or Sauna sessions)
